The fountain in Forsyth Park stands out for its gleaming white, tiered cast-iron design, rising thirty feet above a large basin. It acts as the northern anchor of the park, where it serves as a central focal point along the extended path of Bull Street. City leaders ordered the structure in eighteen fifty-eight from a catalog by the New York foundry Janes, Beebe and Company, selecting it from their offerings as Model Number Five.
