The building at one hundred one Broadway is recognizable by its four-story height and its location at the intersection of Broadway and First Avenue, right where the city meets the Cumberland River. Constructed in eighteen ninety, the structure features the architectural style known as Italianate. For over fifty years, the space operated as a farm supply store, where residents and regional farmers gathered to purchase seed corn and poultry.
