Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is recognizable by the giant piano keyboard formed by the series of vertical windows across its curved front facade. This downtown building serves as a repository for the history of American country music, holding hundreds of thousands of artifacts that range from early nineteenth-century folk roots to the contemporary industry. Chartered in nineteen sixty-four, the institution began on Music Row before moving into this expansive facility in two thousand one.
