Paseo South Gulch

Paseo South Gulch is a five-acre mixed-use development defined by a cluster of modern high-rise towers that rise above two carefully preserved, century-old industrial structures. You can identify the site by the contrast between these glass-faced residential and commercial towers and the red brick facades of the historic Voorhees Building and the former antiques mall. The project takes its name from the pedestrian pathways that weave between these buildings, designed to connect the street level with retail, dining, and outdoor spaces.
