Opened in early two thousand fifteen, this heritage-listed site repurposes a small, under-utilized space into a precinct for independent cafes, bars, and boutique design studios. Its design incorporates timber cladding salvaged from old Queenslander homes, creating a deliberate visual link to local architectural history.
