The Battery Point Sculpture Trail is marked by a series of oversized numerals placed at nine sites between Salamanca Place and Marieville Esplanade. These large, three-dimensional sculptures are constructed from various materials and use the Helvetica typeface to represent weights, measures, dates, and quantities that connect to the history of this historic maritime precinct. The trail was created as a collaborative project by the design firm Futago with sculptor Judith Abell and writer Chris Viney to guide people through the suburb's stories.
