The Florence Hummerston Kiosk is a distinctive building composed of interlocking octagonal forms with elliptical arched windows. Originally constructed in nineteen twenty-eight on the Perth Esplanade, it functioned as a tearoom and changing facility for nearby sporting grounds. Designed by Louis Bowser Cumpston in the Federation Arts and Crafts style, it cost five thousand, nine hundred and ninety-one pounds to build.
