You are nearing a series of six nested, gloss-white arches that rise twenty-nine meters from the waterfront at Elizabeth Quay. These arches, which increase in size from the center outward, form a tapering silhouette often described as a representation of ripples or an expanding energy field. It is the largest freestanding carbon fiber structure in the world.
