The P and O Building stands seven stories tall at fifty-six to sixty William Street in Perth. Its exterior features Donnybrook stone and rendered brick, constructed in an Inter-war Functionalist style. Officially opened by the Governor of Western Australia, William Campion, on September sixteenth, nineteen thirty, the building was designed by architect Waldie Forbes of the firm Hobbs, Smith and Forbes.
