Põhjala Brewery and Tap Room occupies a former shipyard in the Noblessner district of North Tallinn. The brewery is housed in a large, industrial space by the sea where it features a fifty hectoliter brewhouse, state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, and a taproom with twenty-four taps. Four Estonian beer enthusiasts founded the company in two thousand eleven, and they moved production to this historic site at the end of two thousand eighteen.
