The Patkuli Viewing Platform is a wide, stone-railed terrace perched on the northern edge of the limestone escarpment of Toompea Hill. It offers a panoramic view across the red-tiled rooftops, medieval towers, and spires of Tallinn’s Old Town, reaching all the way to the blue waters of the Gulf of Finland.
