Telliskivi Creative City is a cluster of industrial buildings marked by their expansive, unadorned brick facades and raw, utilitarian structures that once housed the main workshops of the Baltic Railway. Founded in eighteen seventy, these factory halls formerly serviced locomotives and rolling stock under the Russian Empire and later functioned as the Kalinin Electrical Engineering Plant during the Soviet period. For decades, the site was an impenetrable zone blocked off by walls, keeping the public entirely at a distance from its massive machines.
