Salle Wagram

The Salle Wagram stands out with its neoclassical exterior, defined by rows of columns, ornate balusters, and a grand ballroom interior that has remained largely intact since its completion in eighteen sixty-five. Architect Adrien Alphonse Fleuret designed this structure on the site of a former guinguette, a popular dance hall for Parisians that thrived in the early nineteenth century when the area sat just outside the city’s tax walls.
