Quai Lunel marks the western edge of the port of Nice, where the stone docks meet the base of the steep Castle Hill. This quay is identified by the rows of traditional small fishing boats known as pointus that bob alongside the wharf, and by the short ferry crossing that connects this side of the harbor to the eastern quay.
