Schlossturm Düsseldorf

The Schlossturm stands on the Burgplatz as the only surviving remnant of the former Düsseldorf palace complex. This thirty-three-meter-tall structure carries a distinctive tent roof that has capped its five storeys since nineteen fifty. The base dates to the thirteenth century, and a polygonal level with Tuscan columns was added during the mid-sixteenth century.
