Kran am Parlamentsufer

The heavy machinery looming over the riverbank at the Parlamentsufer is locally known as Big Willi. Standing twelve point seven meters tall and weighing eighty-four tons, the crane is a familiar sight along the Rhine, especially each December when it begins its work for the upcoming season.
