Pegeluhr

The Pegeluhr is a small, tower-like structure on the Rhine promenade with a pointed top and four white clock faces. You can identify it by the fact that its hands do not track time alone; two of the faces display the current hour, while the other two indicate the real-time water level of the river, with one hand marking meters and another showing centimeters.
