Gaztelubide

Gaztelubide is a private gastronomic society, or txoko, established in nineteen thirty-three following a split from the Gaztelupe society. Its headquarters, which opened in January of nineteen thirty-four, are located in the Old Town of San Sebastián. The space is a hub for social gatherings, music, and the preparation of traditional Basque cuisine, carrying on a local tradition of member-owned clubs where friends meet to cook, eat, and sing.
