High Tower Elevator Association

The High Tower stands five stories tall, a concrete campanile rising above the steep hillside of Hollywood Heights. Built by a bridge engineer in nineteen twenty-two, this tower operates as a private elevator, sparing residents from the climb up the neighborhood’s winding, vertical streets. Its association manages the structure for the occupants of the surrounding homes, many of which are tucked along paths accessible only by foot or through this singular lift.
