Factor’s Walk is defined by a network of iron and concrete footbridges that connect historic, red-brick warehouses to the top of the bluff overlooking the Savannah River. This area sits between the lower level of River Street and the higher elevation of Bay Street, a vertical gap that once presented a challenge for the city’s booming cotton industry.
