Lee Harvey's occupies a converted house in the Cedars neighborhood of Dallas, identifiable by its massive front yard crowded with picnic tables and strings of festive lights. Inside, the walls are covered in wood paneling and a dense collection of vintage, illuminated beer signs. Seth Smith opened this establishment in two thousand three, creating a space that functions as a neighborhood anchor with a relaxed, basement-style atmosphere.
