The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center is defined by two massive parabolic arches that span four hundred feet across its roofline. This sprawling structure, which covers over two million square feet in downtown Dallas, began in nineteen fifty-seven as the Dallas Memorial Auditorium, designed by architect George Dahl. It has since grown through decades of expansions to include a theater, numerous ballrooms, and one of the largest column-free exhibit spaces in the United States.
