Klyde Warren Park is a five point four acre expanse of green grass and walking paths built entirely on a bridge deck. It stretches across three city blocks, spanning the recessed eight-lane Woodall Rodgers Freeway to connect downtown Dallas with the Uptown neighborhood. More than three hundred concrete beams support the structure, and hidden trenches between these beams act as massive planter boxes for hundreds of trees and shrubs.
