3Eleven Kitchen and Cocktails occupies a corner space at three hundred eleven North Market Street in the West End Historic District of Dallas. The restaurant opened in two thousand eighteen under the direction of restaurateur Jay Khan, who previously operated the location as a Hoffbrau Steaks for twenty-three years. The interior mixes rustic and contemporary design, featuring wood floors and white seating that provides a setting for its modern American menu.
