Clever Little Tailor

Clever Little Tailor sits on Peel Street, identified by a historic building exterior that reveals a warm, dimly lit interior featuring exposed stone walls, leather-clad booths, and bespoke timber fittings. Opened in two thousand thirteen by Dana Whyte, Crispian Fielke, and Josh Baker, the bar emerged as a pioneer of Adelaide’s small-bar scene. Its launch occurred just as the city began shifting its licensing laws to encourage the development of intimate, boutique venues within previously underutilized spaces.
