Lucia's Pizza and Spaghetti Bar is defined by the black and white portrait of its founder, Lucia Rosella, which hangs on the wall inside the restaurant. Located within the Adelaide Central Market, the business began in nineteen fifty-seven, just ten months after Lucia and her husband, Pasquale, emigrated from the Italian village of Pago Veiano.
