Pink Moon Saloon - Bar and Cocktails

The Pink Moon Saloon is defined by two timber-clad huts separated by a central courtyard, all tucked into a narrow alleyway measuring just over three and a half meters wide. Before this venue opened in twenty sixteen, the space served as a simple storage lane for garbage bins. Architect Matiya Marovich designed the bar to evoke the feeling of a wilderness cabin, using locally sourced Australian hardwoods like spotted gum and Tasmanian oak.
