Proof Bar occupies a two-level space tucked into Anster Street, a laneway just off Waymouth Street in the Adelaide central business district. It is distinguished by its stained-glass windows and a secluded rooftop terrace that sits above the main bar area. When Joseph Wilkinson and Shane Ettridge opened the venue in two thousand thirteen, it was awarded the very first small venue license issued in Adelaide.
