The Angels Lane is a public thoroughfare running between Hindley Street and Morphett Street, identifiable by the large-scale murals and light installations dedicated to the Australian rock band The Angels. Opened in August twenty twenty-five, this space commemorates the group formed in nineteen seventy by brothers John and Rick Brewster. The lane is part of a city initiative to celebrate Adelaide’s status as a UNESCO City of Music, featuring works by artists Liam Somerville and Joel Van Moore that reference the band’s stage lighting and iconic album covers.
