Plaza de la Ciudadanía, frequently called Citizenship Park, is a vast, open civic space that stretches from the southern facade of the La Moneda Palace to the wide artery of Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins. The space is easily identified by its signature water mirrors and the monumental Bicentennial Flag that flies above the grounds.
