The Galería Taller Escuela Quiteña occupies a house on Juan de Dios Morales, a street better known as La Ronda, in the heart of Quito’s historic center. This space functions as both a working studio and a gallery, where visitors encounter the manual production of colonial-style furniture, sculpture, and metalwork. Inside, artisans apply centuries-old techniques to wood, including the complex process of taracea, or wooden inlay.
