The Église Suédoise at nine rue Médéric is defined by its facade of striking red brick and a tall steeple, a design that intentionally breaks from the surrounding Parisian stone architecture to mirror the building style of Sweden. Built between nineteen eleven and nineteen thirteen, the complex was designed by architect Gustav Adolf Falk, with Jean Naville and Henri Chauquet handling construction.
