Kö-Bogen

The Kö-Bogen is a two-part office and retail complex recognizable by its facade of glass and white Roman travertine, which is interrupted by dramatic, diagonal cuts. Designed by New York architect Daniel Libeskind and completed in twenty thirteen, the building sits at the convergence of the Königsallee boulevard and the Hofgarten, the city's central park. Its geometry includes both linear sections that follow the alignment of the street and curved forms that mirror the landscape of the park.
