Kö-Center

The Kö-Center is defined by its horizontal sun-protection louvers that wrap around the glass facades above the first floor. Built between nineteen sixty-five and nineteen sixty-seven, this complex occupies the site of a former block destroyed during the Second World War. It was designed as an ensemble of office and retail spaces, featuring a taller building set back from the street and several lower pavilions clustered around open pedestrian passages.
