La Grande Musicienne is a bronze sculpture depicting a kneeling woman playing a lyre. It stands on the Westersingel, as part of a sculpture terrace featuring works that explore the human figure. The piece is the work of French sculptor Henri Laurens, who finished his original plaster version in nineteen thirty-eight. The bronze version was cast in nineteen sixty-three.
