Forskjønnelsen

Forskjønnelsen is a winding path that traverses the parkland area on the eastern side of Kalfarveien. The name translates to The Beautification, a title that became official in nineteen thirty-nine. This site occupies a space that was once a rocky slope, or ur, until the toll inspector H. M. Lassen transformed the terrain into a managed park in seventeen ninety-nine.
