The Albert Memorial Clock in Queen’s Square is easily recognized by its distinct tilt, which has earned it the nickname of Belfast’s own leaning tower. The sandstone structure rises one hundred and thirteen feet into the air and features a mix of French and Italian Gothic styles. On its western side, a life-sized statue depicts Prince Albert wearing the robes of a Knight of the Garter.
