Bittles Bar

The building at Bittles Bar is unmistakable for its sharp, triangular point, a shape that earned it the nickname the flat iron building. It stands four stories high in red brick, occupying a wedge of land that forced its unusual, narrow design when it was first constructed in eighteen sixty-eight. While it houses a pub today, the structure originally served as the premises for a flour merchant.
