monument

This white Sicilian marble statue stands within the grounds of Belfast City Hall on a tall square grey granite plinth. It depicts Sir Edward James Harland in formal morning dress, capturing him in his later years with one hand resting on a model of a ship’s hull placed atop a stack of architectural plans.
