Marx Event Meadow

Marx Meadow is a sloping, grassy bowl set within the larger expanse of Golden Gate Park. You can identify the area by the surrounding layout of the Golden Gate Park Disc Golf Course, which circles the open lawn. This meadow, established in nineteen oh seven, draws its name from Johanne Augusta Emily Marx, a Napa resident who provided a donation to the park before she died in nineteen twelve.
