The Camera Obscura and Hologram Gallery is a twenty-five-foot-square building shaped like a giant camera, sitting on the cliffs of the Lands End area. Built in nineteen forty-six by Floyd Jennings, it was originally an attraction for the nearby Playland at the Beach amusement park. The structure is the last remaining piece of that park and occupies the site where a previous camera obscura was destroyed in the nineteen oh seven fire that leveled the earlier Cliff House.
