Hyatt Regency Austin

The Hyatt Regency Austin sits directly on the south shore of Lady Bird Lake, identifiable by its sprawling, multi-story structure and its position immediately adjacent to the Congress Avenue Bridge. Opened in nineteen eighty-two, it was the first downtown hotel built on the south side of the river. Its location offers a clear view across the water to the downtown skyline and puts it within walking distance of the trails that follow the lakefront.
