Stubb's Bar-B-Q

Stubb's Bar-B-Q is marked by its low wooden arcade and Mission-style arches, occupying a site on Red River Street that has housed a residence, a junk shop, and various clubs since the eighteen fifties. The current restaurant serves as an extension of the barbecue and music tradition started by Christopher B. Stubblefield, who was known to his friends as Stubb.
