The Graeber House is a two-story limestone structure marked by an arched brick façade and a vintage tin cornice, which was originally cast in Cincinnati in eighteen eighty-two. Located in the heart of the Sixth Street entertainment district, this building began its life as the Shamrock Saloon. For decades, it served as a rowdy watering hole and lodging house before falling into disrepair and earning a condemnation from the city for its reputation in the nineteen sixties.
