The Terraza Neptuno consists of a wide, stone-paved landing that features a monumental, tiered water fountain. This structure, topped by a bronze statue of the Roman sea god, sits at the base of Cerro Santa Lucía. It connects directly to the hill's entrance on the Alameda.
