The Hôtel de Grimaldi-Régusse stands at twenty-six rue de l'Opéra, identifiable by a wooden entrance carved with lions and geometric patterns surrounding a circular window. Constructed in sixteen eighty, this private mansion was built in the then-developing Villeneuve quarter for Charles de Grimaldi-Régusse, who served as a president of the parliament of Provence.
