Museums Nuremberg - Albrecht Dürer House

The Albrecht Dürer House is a five-story building with sandstone walls on the lower levels and timber framing above, topped by a distinctive half-hip roof. Built around fourteen twenty, this structure stands in the northwest corner of Nuremberg’s old town. It is the only sixteenth-century artist’s home in Northern Europe that survives in largely original form.
