The ibis Dresden Zentrum occupies a pair of large, multi-story buildings situated directly along the Prager Straße pedestrian boulevard. These structures are easily identified by their plain, grid-like facades, which reflect the standardized design style of the socialist era. The complex consists of two separate units, formerly known by the names Bastei and Königstein, which now operate together to provide hundreds of guest rooms within a short distance of the main railway station.
