Kelly's Cellars

Kelly’s Cellars is a two-story, white-washed building on Bank Street that stands out for its modest, historic appearance amidst the surrounding modern city center. Established around seventeen twenty, it is widely considered the oldest public house in Belfast. Inside, the space remains divided into several small rooms with uneven floors and a low, stone archway behind the bar, a feature left over from a time when the floor on the staff side was significantly lower than that of the public area.
