The Inn at the Presidio is a three-story, red brick Georgian Revival building defined by its expansive front porches on two levels, which are accented with white trim. Built in nineteen oh three, the structure originally functioned as Pershing Hall, the bachelor officers’ quarters for the United States Army post. It provided a residence for unmarried officers who were not stationed in the nearby Victorian cottages of Officers’ Row.
